As a Recovery Coach, I work with people who are experiencing all kinds of devastation due their drinking or drug use. I help them find and tap into their inner power to change their world of destruction into their best life full of peace, purpose, prosperity and unlimited potential.

As a Recovery Coach, I work with people who are experiencing all kinds of devastation due their drinking or drug use. I help them find and tap into their inner power to change their world of destruction into their best life full of peace, purpose, prosperity and unlimited potential.
I do this work because I was once a desperate alcoholic myself. I know what it was like to be unable to stop doing something that was destroying me and my life. I couldn't outsmart it or outwork it on my own. And so I lost a professional career, many relationships, every nickel I had ever made, my freedom and my self-esteem. But my entire life changed once I let myself become open to finding that "Higher Power", and I now I have a life second to none. We all have the potential to become our best Selves again; we just need help finding The Way. It's waiting for you..

There are many pathways to and of recovery: detox, residential treatment, counselling/ therapy, medication, fellowships such as AA/NA or being spiritually-oriented, to name just a few. The good news is that you needn't limit yourself to just one pathway: Use all that serve you!

My approach is to help people to find and explore pathways of recovery which they believe will work for them. I do, however, limit most of my in-depth practice to working with people who are on or open to taking a spiritual approach to their recovery and their life. (You will tell me what "spiritual" means to you: God, the Universe, the Source, Higher Power...) We will pursue tapping into whatever that heightened source of power is in that is the key to opening the door to peace, prosperity and your best life.

I have been serving as a recovery coach since 2015, being certified both in Connecticut and by the International IC&RC. I offer a range of coaching services, including short-term coaching or longer term engagements; in-person, telephone or virtual meetings; one-on-one coaching or group workshops.

My areas of practice include addiction recovery coaching, spiritual coaching and personal development. My fees vary with each person I work with. Before we proceed to the work, we will reach an understanding about (1) what your goals and expectations are, (2) how we will proceed and (3) what the fees will be. But before we can even talk about any of this, we must talk about who you are and what it is that you're looking for.
